FWIW I'm running dual head on an nvidia GT6600. One is DVI one is VGA, on 19" 
Samsung at 75Hz and 1280x1024.
I don't remember, and cannot tell which is which, side-by-side (and I've 
tried: small, fast, video, mythtv)
