Postfix is good
Hey doesn't anybody use Sendmail anymore ?

It's still very popular in large installations because the
alternative e-mail servers don't play as well in large
environments. Also, for a large deployment you don't
mind if configuring the e-mail server to work exactly as
you want takes a week.

It does not take that much time to configure sendmail.

All you do is change directory to /etc/mail.
Change one or two or more lines in sendmail.mc.
Then do,

make and start sendmail and you're on your way.

Many users find it difficult to configure sendmail because
they try to change the file 'sendmail.cf' instead of
'sendmail.mc'. Don't change sendmail.cf at all. It is
changed by changing sendmail.mc and run make.

Hope this helps.
