I know, I was wondering about the price too.
One of the links I found stated that the company
claimed it was going to make it competitive with
the eeepc - whatever that *really* means :)
It's quite a quirky looking thing machine. I'm not
sure about the 'transparent keyboard' though. I'd
really have to see how irritating it was.

What about the price? Sure, the fact that the eeepc generated alot of
interest was due to it running linux but surely it was the price tag
that really made all the difference? Its not like it was the first umpc
on the market or anything. The price difference of atleast $2000 less
than other UMPCs on the market was a huge thing.
If this Noahpad is sold around the same price point as the eeepc then
there'll probably be a battle (then again, I'm sure there's plenty of
other manufacturers working on eeepc-killers as we speak).
