Can anyone recommend a talk timer?

What I have in mind is a countdown clock of some kind.

Which provides the speaker giving a presentation and their
audience some audio and visual feedback about the time they
have left.

The talk length would need to be variable, from 5 minutes to
60 minutes. It would need to provide for two "bells/alarms"
one warning, at a variable time from the end and a warning
at the end..which may continue as an audible beep to
indicate the speaker is over time. It would also need a
start the clock now.

It could be used for the SLUG meetings - where there are
5 and 7 minute slots and the speaker can decide whether
they are going to take questions or not in their alotted time.

This is something I would like to have as a speaker. A
friend of mine once told me, they desperately tried to signal
me from the front row of the audience that I really should
wind up - but I never noticed them and everyone else in the
audience was too polite to say anything - even though I
was keeping them from lunch and they weren't listening
anymore.
