Glen, thanks

I'm using a back level policyd 1.x....

(I should use 2.x, but, couldn't figure out how to hold knife and fork,
it's so different, so, for now, I'll run with 1.x till I can figure out
2.x...)

currently ended with :

cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1       localhost.localdomain   localhost4
localhost4.localdomain4 localhost
::1     localhost6      localhost6.localdomain6
1111.22.333.4   myhost.tld myhost

are you saying I should put localhost.localhost and localhost back on ipv6
line ?

ahem, if I edit /etc/hosts, is there a need to reload anything ?

thanks again
