Hi,

I believe the point for keeping LUGS alive alone is a bit too low on goal
and is not good enough to grow it. Sooner or later, it will die off slowly.
Hope everyone set goals on it. There's a need for a real solid plan, even in
baby steps. The goal of LUGS can be as simple as unite all the linux
community in Singapore, regardless of groups.

Setting a solid foundation is very important, so whenever a team member need
to be replaced or annual AGM replacement team will take over it.

3 might be good for basic tasks, and might be bad, if being overloaded with
tasks.
Agile if there's a proper method followed. But since almost everything is
from scratch, it's difficult to be agile. If too many people, there will be
a lot of disagreements.

And it will be good if people can join in along the way when things are
getting big, (whether the constitution allows, I'm not sure, but it will be
changed, because of the membership issue).

And btw, for those who are considering, or joining, please see this,
which I highly recommend.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linux_User_Group
It provides the basic info, as well as some successful LUG in the world.
We can adapt or follow successful examples of what LUG need to do.
Much of the things are already found at the wikipedia.

I'll put my name in since there's a need to reshape today's LUGS.
