Pls change the Ethernet cable & AC adaptor and connect to PC direct. Does this works? If the problem still persists, then this unit has to RMA.

The only communicating that it does is from the radio to the ap. In other words, I can see it, ping it and upgrade it from the wireless side. From the Ethernet side, I can't see it, can't ping it and can't upgrade it. Can't talk through it to the wireless side nor vice versa (can't send traffic to the client PC).
