I think the actual powerShot was good up to 50v, not the ap's (since
technically you could use the powerShot with other equipment).  They
probably recently changed it so as not to confuse anyone.

I've been using a similar model from mouser (418-TR2518-12). Same spec (well
1.4a 18Vdc). A little cheaper ($14.99). Still have to cut and reverse the
pair, though.
