Please do not try with 30V adapter and our SB devices will accept maximum 18V only.  The 18V power supply only required if the Ethernet cable length exceeds more than 50 meters.

Currently we do not supply the higher recommended voltage which we are looking forward to having our own higher voltage power supply.

Based on the customer feedback, many users are currently using the following model.

Brand: Mouser

Model: 552-PSA-31U-180 [EMAIL PROTECTED]

You can also look from the Radio Shack adapter 18V and 1000MA with following specifications.

Please make sure that

(Outer = “+” polarity)

(Center or inside = “-“ polarity)

Current Ratings 1 Ampere (minimum)

The output DC voltage must be stabilized or regulated output

Type of Plug Barrel Type

Plug Polarity outer body = +ve, center = -ve

Diameter of plug Inner Diameter of the plug = 2.5mm

Outer Diameter of the plug = 5.5mm

Length of the plug 10mm.

Subject: RE: [smartBridges] 18V DC Power Supply

Just opened my first new APPO - the power shot on this one says "18v Max" -

I think I need some guidance on this... Is there a difference between the

old ones that say "upto 50v" and the new one?
