We have not been using Smartbridges for long but of the 5 truck rolls this month we have had:
A ABO that wouldn't associate - config problem with the Cisco AP. A ABT that associated with the customers internal Linksys after a generator test. A ABO that we didn't waterproof the N connector on. A ABT that was working fine but the customers Linksys router reset to factory config after a power outage. ABO that wouldn't associate - Cisco 350AP locked up. Of the 5 truck rolls none were Smartbridges fault, 3 were our fault, and 2 were Cisco problems. We have (knock on plastic) not had any hardware failures.
