Subject: RE: [smartBridges] best way to log data for tech support?I have at best estimate 105 smartbridges (80 with 1.05 firmware because I can monitor them and know this) the other 35 I'm still trying to track down no way to search for them :(. And I have about 200 more radio's ranging from teletronics and planet wireless, but u know why I hated about my tele's is I had to do manual POE (splicing onto the Ethernet and cutting there power supply in half with the plug on one side and the adapter on the other on 2 pairs) but that was before they shipped POE's I think they do now, but the tele's are reaching there life span of about 2 years and are starting to fail left and right, I never said I don't have SB ISSUES. I do they freeze up quite often it seems but that I know sb will get up to fixing the freezing problem. That's one issue that I experience I'm not aware of any others right now if they fixed the freezing atmel chips would be going nuts. As for there AP's, I have never once had a problem with them freezing up in fact I have about 20 AP's running and none have ever had to be power cycled running on backup power, standard power, solar power, all with stock power supplies and crappy 60$ antennas that we are upgrading now for better coverage. I REALLY WISH THEY WOULD FIX THE UNIVERSAL FREEZING ISSUE.
