Try with this utility http://www.smartbridges.com/beta/utility/RecoveryUtility.exe to see if this work out for you. You will have then to reconfigure the unit.
OK... won't be back to the hotel for a day or two. Is this any different then restoring the factory defaults via the RESET button?
