It's up on a 65 foot tower with nothing to cause reflections around it. It did the same thing when the tower used to be just a 30 foot pole. Now it's a real tri-leg tower.
It's not really a huge problem or anything, I was more just curious. I always specify my SSIDs anyway. I'll just chalk it up to something strange.

We do not experience this most of the time. What AP you are using, the one with Mac 00-02-2D-8E-C3-C5? Does this behaviour one one particular AP, on different PC? It is strange the other APs only appear once.

Yes, it happens on every AirBridge Outdoor that I've installed and it happens all the time, after I logoff, after reboot, etc.
