I think what is being asked is what is the lowest voltage the unit will
function and what is the highest voltage the unit will take without burning
up.

The nominal rating  you state would be the 350 mA at 12V DC.

What is wanted are the limits, such as Minimum voltage 10.2V DC, Maximum
voltage 19.5V DC, max ripple .5V
(NOTE: THESE ARE EXAMPLES ONLY, NOT REAL SB NUMBERS)
