Yes. You set up PPPoE service on the MikroTik router, then
in the "PPP Secrets" section you can set up a "Profile" for
each type of connection you want to set up. 256K/64K, 256K/256K,
512K/256K etc.. Then as you create the user accounts just assign
them to a profile. It will limit their speed to their designated
profile and it's not shared speed. So on a link that is
unrestricted and you normally get say 2megabit, a pair of 512K/512K
customers can get on and get their full bandwidth and you still
have a megabit to work with.
