They are good radios most of the time. The posts on this list are from a small percentage of users. I will not discount the frustrations of those users with problems, and definitely recommend including a few backup/replacement radios in the cost. It is just good practice to order spares and with the money you save over other products is still a bargain. With the exception of a handful of problems, most faults lie with the install and setup. Please everyone, let me know if you feel I am wrong in this statement. You can judge a product by it's support list alone. By definition, a support list will have problems on it. Please research you proposal completely before making a decision.
