ARC Wireless 19dBi panels

1. What is the cost on these?

2. Can you mount them for horizontal polarization?

3. Is there a pigtail included, if so how long is it?

Thanks guys!!

I've had great luck with ARC Wireless 19dBi panels.
My longest link is 8.7 miles and I haven't had a problem with them yet.
