I have a netscreen on order to test with, as the one I was using is on a
customers' production network.
When I get the chance, I will get to experiment with the Netscreen and PPPoE
on the smartbridge airbridges, and I can get a packet dump at that time.
Possibly Netscreen is not following the RFC?
Who knows, I had issues with some YDI equipment and PPPoE for a while until
they got there software fixed.
We are terminating to a Redback SMS 1800, no relay here.
We do have a leg of our network terminating to a Cisco 7206 and then l2tped
back to the Redback, but have had absolutely no issues with and PPPoE
clients there on cable and DSL networks.
