Try using simpleMonitor itself and log into the units and see if you
have a similar problem. SimpleNMS uses the installed simpleMonitor when
you click on manage units. The password has to match in the simpleNMS
and the device, all passwords are stored in a text file in the following
location C:\Program Files\smartbridges\simpleNMS\pwdTable.txt

Subject: Re: [smartBridges] CANT LOG INTO ANY RADIOS AFTER UPDATING
SETTINGS WITH SIMPLE NMS

I did not upgrade them I just changed some settings. That's it already
did the
upgrade last week to the new firmware which went well. The problem I am
having
is I used simple NMS to change RTC CTS settings on all the radios
instead of
doing each one at a time. I did this like 5-6 times before and this last
time
BAM no more being able to log in with my password or any other password
which
has really screwed me as the settings I changed to were worse and I have
people
calling me all day long. ARGHHH so my question was do I have to do a
hard rest
to default on each unit which would take all damn week which I have NO
time
for. I hate having these darn glitches every so often and when they
happen they
really hurt.
