Actually, I am not a lawyer, but if they export products to the US, they
must abide by the laws, However, I don't think a lawsuit would have a
leg to stand on, as they have corrected the problem, and in good time as
well.

Even if you wanted to attempt that, since they are in Singapore I doubt 
they are within the reaches of the jurisdiction of the US Courts.
