how do most of you handle the installs of your equipment. We are a very small isp with only a part time installer working for us. Since the SB product requires a private IP for the radio and public for the NIC I try to setup everything before he picks it up. Since we are also rural we cover large area. Do you all setup each radio for a specific customer before the installer gets it? DO they keep their own on hand and setup as needed? With needing to keep up with a private and public IP it can get pretty confusing sometimes.
