I was
thinking the same thing... I would think that Todd would be covered under
the same one as the tank owner.. Isn't there something like a common
access law when your going to your property that you can go through another
person's w/o fear of trespassing?
Several several several years back I had a friend that used something
like that to obtain a strip of land he bought to put in a road... or someone
used that against him.. can't remember... been up all night fighting
worms...
