Dan,
Yes they already have an easement. His concern was since we were not employees of his company the easement didn’t apply to us. I’m not sure if this is even an issue but since he asked I thought it would be easier just to get the property owners to agree, which they have. Now I just want to cover our butts with the proper wording.

Just curious but the tank owner doesn't have an
easement to get to his tank? We are currently working to get on a
water tank location in a rural community. The owner of the tank is ready
to go forward if we can get some signed agreements from some adjacent property
owners to allow us an easement to the tank location so we can service our
equipment. I was wondering if anyone had encountered this situation and
if by chance I could get a copy of your easement agreement? Thanks in
advance for any help.
