What do you do when a customer refuses to
listen, when they haven't had a single timeout in 4 days and have 2mbit
to the office all the time (sometimes spiking to 5mbit) and they are still
insisting on calling at 6 am to wine that some Indian site isn't loading
properly ? I MEAN JESUS DO I CONTROL THE INTERNET? |
