If I install airBridge version 1.43 firmware.

What issues could I get or what will I lost ???

It seems better for a bachaul since it is transparent.

Does it pass PPPOE traffic ???

The new aB firmware (0.01.07) supports remote management of the aB and does mac address translation for IP/ARP/DHCP/PPPoE traffic passing through.

The old aB firmware (0.09.10) does not support remote management
of the aB and will do true transparent bridging (IPX, NetBEUI,
IP, PPPoE, whatever) for a SINGLE mac address.

For a backhaul, I would recommend an aP or aPPO in client bridge mode.
