Not true. Even the latest aB firmware will pass the DHCP request through with the of the device not the aB. All of our clients are setup for DHCP using the MAC of the router behind the aB.

On my set up we are seeing the PC MAC and successfully assign IP addresses to them using DHCP. The firmware in the AP is 1.4j.6 Can you explain further?
