I have a couple of the TR-CPE. Yes they do disassociate with the APPO if no traffic over night.  I have to leave a ping going to the clients router, or machine to keep the link awake.  You can't just ping the CPE, it has to pass thru the CPE.  I have harassed Tranzeo about this with little response.  If you leave the ping going, the CPE seems rock solid.
