Assign a static to the radio on a different IP range
than the customers are using.

We put all our stuff on 192.168.253.xxx, and the
customer's DHCP addresses are in the 192.168.254.xxx
range.

Those that want/need static real world IPs get them
assigned through PPPoE login. Otherwise their login
pulls it from the pool.
