How to view? The easy way sould be to stream it to Media Player on a PC...
The way customers would want it would be to a set-top box. I think that is how the cable companies are doing video on demand now. The set-top box is an IP device that converts the incoming mpeg stream to s-video or composit or whatever. Many set-top boxes are embedded windows systems that have a browser as the only application. That browser could be pointed at a video-on-demand server to ask for a movie.
