We have a customer that said about 3 months ago they were not able to see there point to point shot anymore on simple NMS or simple monitor. Yesterday we went out there to see if we could fix there problem with no luck. From there office you can see the APPO's on the tower, but you can not see the office to the tower point to point. They seem to be invisible, you can't ping them either. If you unplug either side of the point to point from the switch and plug it directly into your laptop you can see the point to point then but not the other 3 APPO's. Everything is set up correctly, we tried it in wireless bridge mode, and APPO in AP mode - APPO in CB mode, neither way made any difference, we double checked all the numbers and everything is the way it is supposed to be. Everything works, I just don't know why all of a sudden we can't ping the units or get into them remotely. We also tried resetting them back to factory default and reprogramming them, the only thing different from the 3 APPO's on the tower and the point to point is the there is not WEP key in the point to point, but I don't think that should make a difference in monitoring them or accessing them remotely. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
