John, You can shield your AP from it... just re-direct the Yagi ;)....
No seriously though... the harmonic is at 2.408, which is below channel 1 of the 802.11 spectrum, but there maybe overlap... you may want to see if you can go high. If you are already.. then this may not be your issue. I do doubt this is your issue if you are 20 degrees of (Yagi's are normally tighter than that) 25 feet away and there is a building in between. I would look for another source of interfernce (like the building???) or are the antennas outside?
