You can shield your AP from it... just re-direct the Yagi ;)....

No seriously though...

the harmonic is at 2.408, which is below channel 1 of the 802.11 
spectrum, but there maybe overlap... you may want to see if you can go 
high.  If you are already.. then this may not be your issue.

I do doubt this is your issue if you are 20 degrees of (Yagi's are 
normally tighter  than that) 25 feet away and there is a building in 
between.

I would look for another source of interfernce (like the building???) or 
are the antennas outside?  In any event  You should start getting the 
Specteral Analyzer working and find out whats blocking your signal...
