Well thats the weird part the app shows all RSSI at 100% (which I know is not true) and the link qualities at anywhere from 0-80%. But when I log in the airbridges there is nothing wrong they look normal. Can I run the recovery software on the radio thru the network? The radio in question is on the other side of another app in client bridge mode. And even if this re-burn/recovery works does this mean that there will be problems soon when I least expect it? It was 4 hours ago I reset the app and everyone appears to be staying up (but I can not tell from home if it's running right). I wonder when I get there in the morning if everything will be showing right? I have a spare radio but would like to avoid paying a tower climber:)

Thank you,
Jerry

Jerry,

Im just throwing out questions and immediate possibilities that come to mind.

Are the customers with the poor RSSI the farther ones out?  Its pretty apparent to me that static got to you at least a bit.

You might try the recovery software or re-burn the firmware with simple deploy to freshen the operating parameters in the unit.  You may luck out.

Subject: [smartBridges] Strange problem?

We had a storm go thru today. Lasted about 15 minutes and had some lightning. Everyone went down until I noticed it (probly about 4 hours). I drove to the office and could get into the main app on the tower with simplemonitor. So I reset it and everyone started to connect back to it. Now it shows everyone with a 100% RSSI and Link Qualities from 0-82%. Now I can log into the customers airbridge and it shows great rssi and quality. I reflashed the app on the tower with the firmware wirelessly and it did not change anything. I do have an amp on this app. Is this something thats just gonna keep working and just not show right? Or is this radio on its way out? Or maybe the amp?

Thank you,

Jerry
