It's limited to the Linux system calls we emulate. Which is to say, pretty 
broad support.

Anything that interacts directly with kernel itself or requires specific extra 
kernel modules (e.g., iptables) won't work. Anything that's well behaved 
software that uses supported Linux system call interfaces should work well. 
Pretty much all application software has an expectation of working properly. If 
it doesn't, we consider that a bug.
