They have an excellent network and perfect data centers. Some marketing idiot forgot to create an English page for their colocation, but Google translate might help. They are one of the few that offer 1/3 rackspace, which gives you the opportunity to start with 1/3 of 42u rackspace for 1/3 of the price.
