I was referring to IPMICFG available here: http://www.supermicro.com/products/nfo/SMS_IPMI.cfm. Unless I misunderstand, the 'ipmitool mc reset' command will reboot and not clear the actual configuration. Either way, I found this nugget hidden in Supermicro's site which provides an obscure raw command that can be used with ipmitool to reset config to factory defaults: http://supermicro.com/support/faqs/faq.cfm?faq=15448 --jason ------------------------------------------- smartos-discuss Archives: https://www.listbox.com/member/archive/184463/=now RSS Feed: https://www.listbox.com/member/archive/rss/184463/25769125-55cfbc00 Modify Your Subscription: https://www.listbox.com/member/?member_id=25769125&id_secret=25769125-7688e9fb Powered by Listbox: http://www.listbox.com
