In the new proposal, we don't defer plumbing network, because profile 
switch will happen when NWAM detects network (the only exception is that 
user specifically says "I don't want to connect to any network"). Then 
NFS mount will success as long as NWAM connects to some network 
successfully. If we wouldn't connect to the network for NFS, then even 
with the current model, the NFS mounted /usr won't work correctly. Or 
maybe I missed something here?
