You can find all related to your converter using the string 1a86:7523
in google.

There is a problem with the CH341 driver handling this converter.
Myself probed and find no practical solution, but now apparently,
there is one. Check the link.

By the way, you have a problem because the port must be showed when
the converter is connected. No port will serve to you as far as I
know. Again check the link.
