Peter, The SMC site won't let me d/l the manual without the part no. but the faq section did have this info Open a new browser window and in the address bar type in 'http://192.168.2.1 ' or 'http://192.168.2.1:80' or 'http://192.168.2.1:88' and press enter. So if you try these, hopefully you can gain access to the setup pages. As I think I said before, it is most likely to be a problem outside of your control, but just to be sure note all the settings and reset the router. Essentially the only info you should need is your username and password as specified by your ISP when you set up the account.
