lack of RAM lack of room on the hard drive dodgy blank disk difficult to say when you don't give us hard data - how long is 'so long'? and how fast was 'zip along nicely'? I ask because I had a much stronger complaint once on a list and it transpired that it had gone from 7 minutes to about 7 and a half.
