I like the idea of open,because the whole point of these groups is to help, and also because it seems to help curb some of the more bizarre messages we have occasionally enjoyed.
On the other hand, it's nice to get the offers (though I've rarely used them). A means of having both would be ideal, but if it's one or the other, I'd go for open, and look for strange offers on MacHeist! Thank you Jason for looking after the list for us.
