thanks for this. I'm always amused by the way people clamour for things (I remember people moaning about this particular one) then are disappointed when they get them. Generally Apple's judgement on priorities is pretty good and thoughtful, I think. I've never wanted copy/paste on my iPhone, for the record! Just..doesn't seem important.... but I got a real sense reading through the Macworld notes that all kinds of interesting possibilites are going to come with v.3.
