Ranulph, I've used it in the past to test as a tool for webinars. 10 people. It worked, but you have to deal with people who see a conversation open and try to "enter the room". In the end, we opted for dimdim http://www.dimdim.com/ There must be other free alternatives, but dimdim has been pretty good.
