Settings, Mail/contacts/calendar, it'll say "Accounts" at the top of the page, touch "Add Account" and add your account. Have I been confused by your use of the phrase "alias" as I am unsure what that means? It works fine for me, but I only have my MobileMe account and Gmail, so from different servers. I'm not sure I can answer that query, sorry.
