It is ridiculously simple to replace the drive on your Macbook.
A size zero phillips screwdriver to remove 3 little screws in the  
battery compartment that hold a stainless coverplate over the ram  
slots and the hard drive carriage. The carriage then slides out and  
the drive is held by 4 more screws in this carriage sled. Exchange the  
drives and reassemble.
  Indeed the simplest thing would be to boot from your install disc  
and recover from Time Machine.
As Graham has said, Dabs are good but I have used Amazon increasingly  
for this sort of thing and would check them for a base price before  
looking at Span.com, Ebuyer.com et al.
