Hi all, I have a hanging Windows on Parallels. I probably did not shut it down properly last time and now when I open Paralells (4), I get the black Windows XP screen and all buttons, apart from configure greyed out. All commands are greyed out, except Virtual Machine>Stop, which has a red bullet next to it.
I've tried the Help and Parallels Knowledge base and nothing happens. I even tried this: http://kb.parallels.com/en/6338 It's a 24 in iMac, running Snow Leopard and Parallels 4 + Win XP. In fact, I am planning to upgrade to 5 and win 7, but first I need to check out everything I have there just in case. But if I have to format, oh well. If the solution involves the Terminal window no worries. I can use command line.
