I agree with Russell

I'd reply and ask them to resend in plain text each time you get the Rich
Text attachment. They'd soon get fed up and change it to plain text :)

DISCLAIMER: I used to work at Microsoft and was part of the group in charge
of Outlook and Exchange Server among other things. I bought a Mac when I
left and have been apologising ever since ;-)
