Oooo, lets have a sweepstake! Going by Apples weird $-£ conversion rate
(based on like for like prices in the US and UK Store) I reckon the price
will start at £410.

The Apple (UK) page has been updated with iPad info. The good news is that
we'll get the 3G version in April, ahead of the US. The bad news is that
there's no mention of prices and also it looks like we'll not be seeing
iBooks at launch because they're not mentioned either.
