Hi. Yes, I've tried "Mailbox / take all accounts online".

In Preferences/ Accounts / Account Info I can get the drop down menu - but the 
info for this account has changed and it is altering it that is proving 
impossible. 

It may well be offline because it isn't working - it is the fact that it WAS 
working until just a few days ago that is getting to me! I'll keep trying - 
there MUST be a solution!
