Has anyone ever had any issues with the application Audacity screwing up their
internal mic?
Up until recently the internal mic on my imac has been working perfectly fine.
I downloaded an application called Audacity which I have used perfectly well on
my Macbook pro. However, since putting it on my imac, my internal mic is not
picking up any levels. I have tried resetting it in preferences but to no
avail. I noticed by chance however, that when I run Audacity on the imac it
automatically sends the input volume in system preferences/sound to zero level.
Does anyone know whether this is something easily fixable or whether removing
the Audacity application will sort it?
Thanks.
