If it's windows media, download the free QuickTime components for WM at www.flip4mac.com then you'll be able to play the video. That will open iTunes and import all the MP3s from the MacBook's iTunes library. iMovie : By normal video recording, do you mean VHS? If so you'll need a video digitiser to connect the video player to, then connect that to the computer and iMovie. Once it's been digitised into iMovie, you can use iDVD to burn the result onto a DVD. http://www.formac.com/webapp/products_av_studiodeluxe.php will connect most analogue video devices to your Mac.
